Good Afternoon Dolphins,

As many of you are aware, during yesterday’s meet, a swimmer from the Waterdogs experienced a medical emergency due to heat stroke. I’m relieved to share that he is now home with his family and feeling much better. The Waterdogs have expressed their gratitude for the support and concern shown by our team.

I know this was a difficult and possibly unsettling moment for some of our swimmers. I will be taking time during practice on Saturday to talk with the team about what happened and answer any questions they may have. My goal is to ensure they feel safe and informed about the situation.
